What You Can't Post

Don't post content that:

• Breaks the law — Illegal content, piracy, fraud, etc.
• Violates others' rights — Copyright infringement, doxxing, harassment.
• Is spam or fake — Fake deals, referral spam, misleading content.
• Contains malware — Viruses, phishing links, malicious code.
• Is hateful or abusive — Racism, threats, extreme violence.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules or is otherwise problematic. We'll also remove content if required by law.

How to Behave

Firespot is a community. Here's how to be a good member:

• Post real deals — Share deals you'd actually recommend to a friend.
• Vote honestly — Upvote good deals, downvote bad ones. Don't manipulate votes.
• Be respectful — Disagree without being disagreeable. No personal attacks.
• Don't game the system — No fake accounts, vote manipulation, or organizing groups to boost content.
• Disclose affiliations — If you have a financial interest in a deal, say so.

We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these guidelines.

Affiliate Links & Monetization

Some deals may include affiliate links. When you click these links and make a purchase, Firespot may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This helps keep the platform running.

We may also display ads through Google AdSense. Ads are clearly marked.

Intellectual Property

Firespot owns the platform — the code, design, branding, logo, and overall look and feel. You can't copy, modify, or redistribute it without permission.

If you believe someone has posted content that infringes your copyright, contact us with details.

Third-Party Links

Deals link to external websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, privacy practices, or business practices. Click at your own risk. We're not liable for purchases made through links on Firespot.

Disclaimers

No warranties. Firespot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that deals are accurate, that prices won't change, or that products are in stock. Deals expire. Prices fluctuate. We're not responsible if you miss out.

Not financial advice. Content on Firespot is for informational purposes only. We're not advising you to buy anything. Do your own research.

No guarantee of uptime. We try to keep Firespot running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Stuff breaks. We're not liable for downtime.
